Baked potatoes with meat

This winter dish should be hot and hearty – this casserole just like that. Take this recipe as a basis and prepare a dish to your liking: add mushrooms or peppers, make cheese crust or use a different stuffing.



For filling:

  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or water

  • 1 h. L. dried thyme

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 small head of garlic
  • 100 g butter

Step 1
