Baked potatoes with meat

INGREDIENTS

For filling:

  • 500g minced beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 6 medium potatoes
